No matter how many ridiculous questions I had you and your staff always took the time to make sure I understood before leaving your facility.

You have been true to the union. If I have issues you do not hesitate to resolve them for me in a timely fashion. If I need additional alterations of any kind you are always ready to schedule me in a reasonable time and then get it done in less time than I expected.

I continue to do business with your company for all these reasons but most because you remember my name and you never say goodbye.

They did a fantastic job on customizing a Pimped Out Handicap van using the Brand New 2008 Sprinter we purchased for our severely handicapped son, Jerral. They customized it all for my son, who is a paralyzed and totally disabled IRAQ War Hero and Veteran. They pulled all their resources together they would have normally used to build vehicle for a huge car show in Las Vegas. They even had every product used either Sponsored by the Manufacture or Relaxed Customs paid for it. Relaxed Customs did the entire project at no cost to us. We used to have to take my son, Jerral Hancock, to all of his therapy and doctors office in an old beat up Chevy Van. Now our entire family ride in style and luxury. When we first saw the van for the first time after Relaxed Customs did their magic, I saw my son smile for the first time since his serious injury in IRAQ. Now my son's attitude, outlook and physical health has significantly improved in part all thanks to the guys at Relaxed Customs and all the Sponsors that gave us all the products. They have went above and beyond. They took special care of our family right down to my driving it and not knowing certain functions. I have called them several times on the fly with a technical questions because they are the sprinter experts they are the best !
George Wikle MOSS BEACH, CA 94038 650.728.2743	Phil Rush and his outstanding team of pros did a spectacular job on my brand new 2011 Forest River Solera RV on a Mercedes-Benz 3.0L Blue-Tec turbodiesel cab and chassis! Three days after I bought it from Toscano RV in Los Banos, I was there in Thousand Oaks for my appointment to get a new three-pointed star grill and valance, hood, side and rear logos and emblems, steering wheel three-pointed medallion swap out, and driver and passenger swivel seats. Phil had an Avis rent-a-car rep pick me up and we got Phil's rock bottom daily rate while his team did the job. My wife decided at the last minute to have the huge, gaudy self-promoting Forest River Solera decals on all four sides removed, and Phil's team did the whole job for the same price promised a week earlier. The work was done on time and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Relaxed Customs for any modifications to your car, truck or RV
